Instructions :

1. The data cable is connected to the warm foot Po power port and the power plug respectively and then connected to the power supply.
2. Power on: Press and hold the "Fever" and "Vibrate" buttons for 3 seconds, the red light will turn on, and the heat or massage function will be turned on.
3. Short press the "Fever" and "Vibrate" buttons to adjust the temperature and massage intensity.
4. Shut down: Long press the "Fever" and "Vibrate" button for 3 seconds, the light goes out, and the heat is turned off.
